Rare Character Whiskey was founded by Pablo Moix and Peter Nevenglosky in 2021. Over the years, Pablo and Pete have developed a strong relationship based on their shared love of fine distilled spirits. Their whiskey is sourced from a number of distilleries across the country, including Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana. Purveyor of fine American whiskey, the team focuses on unique selections tailored to each of their customers and partners. Through special relationships with top distillers across the country, Rare Character has exclusive access to expressions that have never been released to the public.
“Old Mate” is the first set of single barrel selections outside of the USA, exclusively for the Australian market from the Rare Character Whiskey Company. Additional selections from the Rare Character portfolio will be made available in the near future for interested parties.
