5Nines is a small batch distillery located in the picturesque Adelaide Hills in South Australia, specialising in hand crafted single malt whisky, gin and other premium spirits. The distillery was founded in 2016 by David Pearse and Steven Griguol, and since then, they have been putting away whisky to age in selected premium casks.

Their single malt whisky is primarily made with locally malted barley, some then smoked with South Australian peat to bring a deeper flavour to the whisky. Operating on a small scale allows the distillery to carefully monitor the quality control of every aspect of the brewing, distilling and spirit maturation process.
