Founded in 2014 by Will Edwards and located in Rosebery NSW, just a few kilometers from the city of Sydney – Archie Rose Distilling Co. is Australia’s most highly awarded distillery producing an eclectic range of whiskies, gins, vodkas and rums, as well as one off collaborations, limited releases and spirits experiences.The distillery has released their first three multi-award-winning whiskies in 2019 – a Limited Release Chocolate Rye Malt Whisky (sold out), a Limited Release Rye Malt Whisky 1st Batch (sold out) and a Limited Release Rye Malt Whisky 2nd Batch, sold out at the Distillery and now available on our virtual shelves.

Guided by a belief that spirits are best shared, they’ve opened their doors to all who wish to experience the best that authentic local distilling has to offer. The staff are genuine and driven, and their customer service, on a personal note, is absolutely second to none.

In 2020, Archie Rose moved its distillery operations to Banksmeadow, Sydney.^[11] The original Rosebery distillery, located next to the Archie Rose Bar, was converted into an event space where spirits experiences are hosted every week, including Blend Your Own Gin Classes, Cocktail Masterclasses, and more.
