The Canberra Distillery (TCD) is located at 70 Dacre Street, Mitchell in the ACT and is operated by founder, Tim Reardon. Tim has spent much of his adult life engaged in high-level economic analysis with one foot usually in the door of Parliament House, however his heart belongs in his distillery, boiling, flocking, experimenting and tasting the myriad possibilities of spirits. The Distillery produces gin, rum, vodka, schnapps and liqueurs and has recently launched their first sherry cask, single malt whisky that can all be sampled at their fully functioning cellar door that is open 6 days a week.
