Devils Distillery is located at 1 Gormanston Rd, Moonah-Tasmania, right in the middle of Hobart. The distillery was founded in 2015 by Rocky Caccavo and along with Distillery manager, John Jarvis, and head distiller, Brian Hinson, they produce the finest hand-crafted whisky, spirits and liqueurs that have a fantastic following Australia wide.

The team mature their new-make spirit predominantly in American oak ex-bourbon casks with finishing casks been mostly European oak which previously held fortified wines. This allows them to create a beautifully balanced whisky without picking up too many tannins, resulting in perfect cask to spirit synergy. In 2020 Hobart released their first core range expression, Hobart Whisky Signature and in May 2022, they launched a second core range expression, Pedro Ximénez Solera. Both stunning drops and testament that hard work will always shine through.
