Nose: Lots of sweet vanilla and toffee with a touch of molasses and spice
Palate: Cinnamon and honey dominate followed by spice, a dab of oak and dark fruit.
Finish: Medium and warm – Like a sun-drenched toffee apple caught in caramel quicksand
