Description
This 2021 release of 10-year-old bourbon/whiskey is the youngest of Pappy Van Winkle’s award-winning line-up and is bottled as close to barrel proof as possible by adding a splash of limestone well-water prior to bottling. This also ensures that the whiskey remains exceptionally smooth.
The 10-year aging period in 100% new oak results in toasted wood and strong vanilla flavours to be imparted in the whisky resulting in a buttery mouth-feel, big caramel notes and a long spicy finish.
Only small quantities of this expression are made available each year with a handful of bottles making it to Australian shores so be sure to add one to your collection or drinking stock today.

Nose: Notes of warm apple pudding and candy cane followed by vanilla, corn and caramel.
Palate: Buttery and viscous with hints of honey, espresso coffee and toffee.
