Description:
The Infinite Barrel Project is Barrell’s take on the trusty ‘infinity bottle’ that we’re sure many of you have blended and created at home. It’s the process of taking the last parts of each whisk(e)y bottle as you finish them and pouring the contents into a single bottle you’ve set aside. Barrel Craft Spirits are honouring this ‘age old’ technique by selecting and blending whiskies in an “infinite” vessel, then removing a small portion of each bottling and replacing it with other barrels that will complement the remaining blend. They then repeat the process – bottling a portion and adding newly selected whiskeys each time resulting in an ever-changing and increasingly complex cask strength whiskey.

This April 2021 edition introduced the following whiskies to the blend:
Indiana Whiskey from Bourbon mash
Indiana Malt Whisky
Scotch Whisky finished in Bourbon Cask
Polish Rye Whiskey
Polish Rye Whiskey finished in Curacao cask
