Official tasting notes
This 5-year Kentucky Bourbon has a nose of brown sugar, lightly carbonated cola, pecan, tootsie roll and cinnamon bread pudding. The palate comes in with cinnamon Red Hots, wood tannin, pecans, churro, guajillo chili, and hints of cinnamon apple crisp. The finish is dry with cinnamon and light oak.
