Tasting notes
NOSE: Potent wafts of alcohol which is to be expected at 130.8 proof but then opens nicely with a beautiful mix of dark fruit, vanilla and brown sugar.
PALATE: Sweet and viscous with toffee and lots of oak followed by warm apple pie and a touch of smoke.
FINISH: Long and bold with lots of smoky char.
