Booker’s “Sip Awhile” batch is the 4th release from the 2017 Booker’s Batch collection made up of barrels from four different production dates stored in five different locations within three storage warehouses. It’s named in celebration of Booker Noe’s keenness to take life day-by-day and appreciate all the moments in between.
Booker Noe’s son, Fred Noe who is the current Master Distiller of Jim Beam and the great grandson of Jim Beam himself comments:
“My dad, Booker Noe, was larger-than-life, and he enjoyed each minute to the fullest. One thing that Dad loved most in life was spending time with people, whether that was family, friends or even strangers – Dad was always making new friends!
