These bottlings have become extremely rare as collectors and connoisseurs snap them up before they’re even made available in liquor stores so here’s your chance to own a piece of highly collectable Kentucky history.

‘Maw Maw’s Batch’ is the fifth release from the 2015 collection and according to the press release, is named after the whiskey’s namesake, Booker Noe’s Great Grandmother with whom he lived with in Bardstown during his high school years. When he returned from college, he then moved in next door to her. It was while living next door that Booker conceived the iconic recipe that his namesake bourbon is known for today. An image of Maw Maw’s reading glasses is displayed on the front label and it’s aged for a tad over 6 years and 7 months and bottled straight from the barrel at a brassy 64%alc and is fittingly presented in a stunning wooden gift box.

Booker Noe’s son Fred Noe is the current Master Distiller of Jim Beam and the great grandson of Jim Beam himself who said, “Booker’s was founded on my dad’s dedication to making the very best bourbon there is, and I’m proud to honor him with this limited-edition collection.”
