Description
George T Stagg is back after taking a year off and not releasing a 2021 offering. With over 40 awards to its name including 4 awards for this bottling, the George T Stagg 2022 is a very limited release and part of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection which comes out in the USA usually around October and is aged in new charred oak barrels for no less than 15 years. It is bottled straight from the barrel at barrel proof, uncut, unfiltered and aged approximately 15 years and 5 months.

These bottlings are as elusive as they are revered with a very small amount allocated to our Australian shores each year, they sell out immediately on release in America with demand so high that whiskey enthusiasts have been known to camp out the night before their release in hope of receiving a single bottle.
