NOSE: Clean soft nose. Sweet, vanilla and caramel in character. Nothing harsh, very palatable.
PALATE: Lots of flavour on the tongue, sweet and tingling. Warming with very subtle oak.
FINISH: A warm short finish. There’s an absence of oak and that’s the power of the second pass of charcoal mellowing. The perfect pour for somebody new to whiskey drinking.
