Bottle No.1
1 Litre: 43%
European Release
Region: Lynchburg, Tennessee
Bottler: Jack Daniels/Brown Foreman
Release date: 1999
This is the rare 1 Litre inaugural expression that kicked off the Jack Daniels, Scenes from Lynchburg series of 12 one litre bottles. It’s the rarest of the series and was only released in 2003 for the European market and instantly sold out. This release shouldn’t be mistaken for the 750ml Scenes 1 bottle that was mass-produced on a larger scale.
It features an image of the iconic Jack Daniel statue that stands next to the cave spring on the Distillery grounds. The statue was erected by Lem Motlow in 1941 as a tribute to his Uncle Jack and has stood at this location for 60 years.
This expression was released without a hang-tag or box.
