Due to percentage of alcohol variations, the barrel proof does have a varying flavour profile but overall, it takes the flavour range of charred oak and sweet vanilla that is pure Jack Daniel’s to a whole new level.

Barrel Proof is bottled between 125 proof (62.5%alc) and 140 proof (70%alc) so the proof, batch and barrel numbers will vary from bottle to bottle depending on which barrel they’ve been bottled from.
