Jack Daniel’s Barrel Strength Chapter 1 ‘The Cave Spring’ 700ml 64.5%

Our Tasting Notes:
An aromatic medley of sensory heaven starting with a Nose dripping in rich butterscotch pancakes, caramelised banana bread and vanilla bean – The alcohol plume is there, but never overpowering, mingling effortlessly with cinnamon spice and burnt wood. The Palate is a chorus of gooey goodness; sizzling butter, warm treacle and plenty of Jeff Arnett interpreted “Milk Chocolate”. The heat then picks up revealing darker notes of aniseed, charred oak, dry leather and tobacco ash. The Finish embraces the vanilla bean and cinnamon spice from the nosing with the added elements of toasted oak and distant campfire that soften to a brown-sugared tail.

Conclusion
A rich and succulent Tennessee whiskey that is different, but still pure Jack Daniel’s that we’re looking forward to pairing with an after-dinner cigar around the fire pit.
