Our tasting notes
Drinks a lot like its Black Label older brother with the nose and palate offering maple syrup and vanilla but, in a gentler, and less complex delivery. The finish is medium in nature with soft char and maple spice.
Discontinued design from 2005.

Here’s a nice Green label 750ml expression known as the ‘Heritage bottle’ that had the rounded curves around the top of the bottle. The heritage shape was around between approx. 2003 and 2011 (depending on the market) before it got replaced with the more contemporary sharp-edged ‘Evo’ shaped bottling that’s available today.
Jack Daniels Green Label whiskey sits on the lower levels of the barrelhouse’s in Lynchburg Tennessee and is not aged as long as the traditional Black Label expression making it a younger and lighter whiskey.
