NOSE: It’s all sweet corn and caramel with wafts of toasted oak and distant peanut brittle
PALATE: Bottled at 100 proof definitely highlights the rich spice and pepper. Vanilla popcorn and young oak.
FINNISH: Lingering wood. Warm and dry.
