This Jack Daniels Master Distiller Series No.5 bottle is the 5th in a set of 7-bottles that debuted in September 2012 to commemorate all 7 Master Distillers in the history of Jack Daniels that worked at the distillery.

This release honours Frank Thomas Bobo Master Distiller from 1966 to 1988. During the 1970s and ’80s, Frank Bobo oversaw the historic rise of the Old No. 7 brand. Throughout his watch, he never made enough whiskey to keep up with demand; he was more concerned about making every drop according to the slow, time-honoured process that Jasper Newton Daniel perfected, commenting;
