Tasting notes
NOSE: Lots of sugar maple charcoal, oak and spice followed by notes of cinnamon and vanilla.
PALATE: The higher proof brings more oak, brown sugar and smoke followed by big notes of butterscotch and dark chocolate.
FINISH: The finish keeps the tongue alive with bittersweet cocoa, spice, lingering charcoal smoke and molasses. Well-balanced and a real flagship of the Jack Daniels stable.
Note – If you prefer coke with your JD, this probably isn’t the expression for you. Should be enjoyed neat, with ice or with a dash of water. You won’t be sorry – A stunning pour.
