A special edition bottling from Jack Daniels to celebrate their 50-year friendship with the one and only Mr Frank Sinatra. Ol’ Blue Eyes was Jack’s first and foremost celebrity fan and was often seen sipping a glass of the magical Tennessee juice when he was on stage or relaxing with the rat pack. Word is he was even buried with a bottle of Jack Daniels, such was his love for the spirit.
This release is bottled at a stronger 45% and is also partly matured in 'Sinatra barrels' which are grooved on the inside to allow for a much more intense synergy between wood and spirit thus developing a deeper and more rounded flavour.
Nose. Pure Jack Daniels. Wafts of charcoal, oak and maple syrup with a spicy kick.
Palate. Butterscotch and vanilla upfront followed by rich caramel and the typical Jack charcoal smoke
Finish. Medium and warm with the sweet signature Tennessee whiskey finish.
