Jack Daniels finished in Red Wine casks……? Yep – the rumours are absolutely true. Jack Daniels has turned convention on its head to the delight of many JD drinkers/collectors whilst leaving the odd Jack Daniels purist in a state of mild shock.
It’s the 3rd release in the Tennessee Tasters’ range and is only available in the USA at the distillery and select Tennessee retailers, until now. We have a great supply on our virtual shelves and are the only stockists of this curious brew in Australia.
This unique whiskey began with a hand-crafted barrel that matured Jack Daniel’s. Once emptied, it aged fine Tennessee red wine. Then, finally it returned home to the Distillery to finish a small batch of Jack Daniels whiskey, hence the name: Barrel Reunion #1.
Selected by Master Distiller and Master Taster Jeff Arnett.
