Bottling Notes

The highly anticipated Jack Daniels Tennessee Tasters’ range arrived on our virtual shelves and first-off-the-bat we have the High Angel’s Share expression with availability only limited to the distillery and select Tennessee retailers until now.

Selected by assistant Master Distiller and Master Taster Chris Fletcher, this whiskey was barrelled in January 2013. The barrels had a high angels’ share meaning that much of the volume of the liquid evaporated during the maturation process, hence the name. The result of this increased loss to the heavens is a unique concentration of flavours left behind in these very special barrels.
