This 2021 Toasted Barrel Finish Bourbon is the first release in 3 years and has become one of the most sought-after expressions in the Michter’s US*1 range with Australia’s allocation virtually non-existent. This release is distinctive from the standard US*1 Bourbon as it undergoes a second round of maturation.

It is made by taking Michter’s US Kentucky Straight Bourbon and then aging it for an additional period in a second custom made barrel.
