Our Tasting notes
Nose: Freshly made caramel fudge infused with leather and toasted oak leads to notes of citrus/mandarin flesh, cloves and subtle hay.
Palate: Nice and oily. Dark chocolate and panned butter tails into more citrus from the nosing with dried apricot and spice.
Finish: Moderate. Sizzling butter from the palate continues with bitter sweet chocolate, wood shavings and candied citrus peel.
