F. Paul Pacult publisher/editor of F. Paul Pacult’s Spirit Journal since 1991 comments:
“This 13-year breaks the mold, a truly unique and rewarding rye whiskey experience.” The full-bodied beverage takes on much of the toasted oak and vanilla flavors that seep from the charred wood it’s aged in. A backbone of caramel carries you through deep, dark spices and fruits with a tangy undertone, then gives way to a spicy, oaky finish”
