Bottling Notes

FarmStock Rye Crop No. 002 is the second release of WhistlePig’s limited-edition annual Triple Terroir Whiskey created from their rye grain, distilled and proofed with their water, and aged in WhistlePig’s custom Vermont White Oak.

This release uses 32% in house whiskey in the blend, whereas their first release in March, 2017 was only 20%. This young estate whiskey is aged for just two years, blending a young, unpredictable whiskey with more seasoned rye from Canada and Indiana aged from 5 years (45% rye) to 10 years (23% rye). Farmstock Rye Crop No. 002 was crowdsourced and taste-tested by over 500 industry professionals, bartenders and influencers to create a blend that’s said to be crowd-pleasing and well balanced.
