This bottling is barrel pick #2 from Cerbaco that yielded only 129 bottles at 67.5% alc. The whisky was matured in a single, hand selected virgin white oak barrel #3052 for 11 years resulting in a complexity merry-go-round that won’t last long until it’s consigned to the Willett history books.
