The team at Barrel and Batch work incredibly hard to bring exclusive barrel picks to our fine shores and we’re convulsing with sweet-bourbon-jubilation at the tenacity it took to get this beauty over the line. Not to be confused with the Weller Antique, multi-barrel releases – This single barrel yielded 144 bottles (the Angels know their stuff). Almost completely sold out, the liquid is one loaded expose that celebrates bourbon complexity with the kind of depth only available in single barrels.
We were part of the selection team once Barrel and Batch narrowed the choices down to 3 delicious barrel-samples and watching the journey from concept through to fruition has been an absolute delight! Here’s to more of these sun-kissed releases – Cheers.
