Nose: Intense cereal characteristics & apricot kernel from the Weeping Grass mingle with caramel, toffee & toasted malt from the traditional grain.
Palate: Rich and creamy with beautifully balanced French oak influence. Fresh red berry character. Apricot kernel, stone fruit and spice give way to earthy almost ginger character.
Finish: Beautiful long finish, including notes of dried apricots and kitchen spice.
