Official tasting notes.
The perfumed aroma gently rises from the glass, with subtle notes of dried raisins and dates. A distinct pleasant and ever so slightly toasted oak barrel note greets the front of the palate, followed quickly by the sweet red fruits and hint of bitter chocolate enveloping the middle road of this flavour journey. The expected and desired long finish from Adams bold oily spirits does not disappoint, lingering spices from the French oak and the delicious plum and orange round out and balance an absolute cracker of a Whisky.
