Ex Sherry cask whisky from Adam’s unique Slosh Cask program which is a marriage of multiple casks. Due to the half fill and the sloshing process the spirit is exposed to twice the barrel char, this will pull more complexity out of the spirit than traditional full cask maturing.
Adams distillery was established in 2015 and is now based at the Glen Ireh Estate, 35 Drummond Street Perth in Tasmania. Their whisky is aimed to be a major player on the world stage as their distillery has the capacity to produce 1,000,000 litres of whisky a year.
