This expression was aged in a 100L ex-Goaty Hill, French Oak, Pinot Cask. The result is a beautiful twist on what is becoming the quintessential Tasmanian Red Wine Whisky.
Adams distillery was established in 2015 and is now based at the Glen Ireh Estate, 35 Drummond Street Perth in Tasmania. Their whisky is aimed to be a major player on the world stage as their distillery has the capacity to produce 1,000,000 litres of whisky a year.
