Producer’s tasting notes
Sweet and very vanilla nose with hints of coffee and butter, but a more smooth and rounded taste at first sip. Traditional Pinot characteristics present themselves midway and towards the back of the palate. The finish goes on and on; slightly dry at the very end.

The latest in Adams Slosh Cask releases is this Pinot Cask which is unlike any other Pinot whisky you have tried. It’s received rave reviews from the 2019 Tasmania Whisky Week show case and is from a 225L Goaty Hill Pinot Cask. During its life it spent the summers sitting by the window of the visitors centre, basking in the all-day sun. The special attention and increased warmth has shone through for a truly unique Pinot Noir Cask whisky.
