The Blunderbuss was born from two brilliant, Aussie small businesses coming together to champion each other and push their limits. The expression is a one of a kind offering from Bakery Hill that showcases the best of their signature richness of flavour, alongside the unique savoury complexity of Hop Nation’s Russian Imperial Stout ‘The Kalash’.
The collaboration whisky was matured for six years in American Oak ex-bourbon barrels before been finished for a final year in a beer cask from Hop Nation that had aged Bakery Hill single malt whisky.
With only 50 bottles available to retail – This beauty won’t last long before it’s consigned to Australian distilling and brewing folklore.
