Bottling Notes

Belgrove Distillery has once again knocked the proverbial whisky out of the park with another innovative take on their Rye. This time the rye whisky was drawn from two casks (PB032 & PB035) that formerly contained Shiraz – a rich and bold Australian red wine. Three years in the barrel has bestowed a beautiful, burnished copper hue to the whisky. As with previous releases, this is a “Paddock-to-Bottle Whisky” meaning that all stages of the whisky-making and rye growing was done at and on the distillery grounds.
