Description:
Here’s a rare collaboration expression that’s all in the family, the Bignall family that is. Belgrove Rye Whisky ‘T-Bone Stout Cask’ see’s Peter Bignell (owner and distiller of Belgrove distillery) collaborate with his son Tom who in 2015, along with his wife Carla launched T-Bone Brewing Co, taking its title from a high school nickname of Tom’s, at Belgrove Distillery’s Kempton home.

Peter took his nationally acclaimed 100% rye new-make and aged it in one of Tom’s T-Bone Stout cask resulting in this rare, limited-edition expression.

About Belgrove Distillery
The Belgrove Distillery is the first Rye Distillery to open in Australia and is the only Australian self-sustaining distillery which is owned and operated by Peter Bignell. He applied his sculpting and engineering skills to build his own 700 litre copper pot still which he directly fires with biofuel (used cooking oil) from a roadhouse next to his farm.
