Description
Laid down in 2018, exclusively in custom made Pedro Ximenez casks, this first release from the Canberra distillery was made using the finest barley from the Riverina area and pure water from the Snowy Mountains and then matured across three summers. The hot and dry Canberra summers resulted in quite the Angels share while the winters allowed for a gentler spirit to wood synergy resulting in a well-rounded Australian whisky.
