The distillery calls this expression their favourite barrel so far, and it’s also their first ‘Single Cask’ release that has the unique number of ‘69’ and they’re confident that with its depth and finish, everyone will enjoy it… It is crafted from a base and a specialty malt, including a small percentage of peated malt to impart a deep caramel flavour. Matured in a single cask of ex fortified French Oak that yielded 138 bottles.
