Flavours co-mingle in an fragrant and palate-pleasing celebration of honeycomb, sugared lemon and scotch finger biscuits from the American oak cask followed by sticky toffee-apple, panned sherry and dried apricot from the French cask – A very light hint of smoke present on the finish
