Finish: A long finish that unfolds slowly. Marzipan lingers with lemon drop, giving way to the deep, dark sweetness of brandy-soaked raisins.

This limited-edition release honours the Highland Trail, an expedition only accomplished by select adventurers. The terrain showcases breathtaking Tasmanian wilderness and demanding walking tracks. This single malt represents a “journey” for discerning palates. Crafted from pure Cradle Mountain spring water, premium Macquarie barley, and matured in medium char Port, Bourbon and New Oak casks. It’s uncompromising, non-chill filtered and bottled at cask strength 53.5% ABV, offering an exceptionally long and rewarding finish.
The presentation matches the liquid’s rarity, featuring a three-dimensional moulded representation of the iconic Cradle Mountain vista built within the bottle, creating a distinctive 600ml collector’s piece.
