Nose: Opens with raisins, stewed figs, apricots and an alpine forest after the rain, with back notes of strawberries, tangerine and brown sugar glaze.
Palate: Apricot marmalade, tangerine bite, kaffir lime leaves, and vanilla custard with an oat biscuit crust.
Finish: Sweet, fruity, Tasmanian pepper berries, and Habana cigars in front of a warm fireplace.
