It’s incredibly well rounded. Nice spirit to wood balance, love the sneaky lick of char that comes on late.. Opens up beautifully, all the usual dark fruits are there with chock mint paddy’s we used to buy as kids. Great AVB, instantly approachable. Nice work Crafty!

Introducing Craft Works Distillery’s second ever single malt whisky, ‘I AM TOO’.
With this expression, the distillery has used the original elements of their first release ‘I AM’, by once again combining the strong flavours driven by Andrew Young’s signature Super-cask barrels married with PVG (Pieter van Gent) vintage port casks, with the added introduction of old wood PX sherry casks to add further complexity.

Me too. This is a whisky you can chew. Toffee, dark caramels. The port, sherry and char hang around to delight. My mind is taken to BBQ Hoisin Pork. It’s that blending of chargrill and sweetness that is so beguiling. It almost gets some smoke in there…so tantalisingly close. I think you have to try this. I drink, therefore I am – too.
