Here’s another vivacious independent whisky expression from Craft Works Distillery that was released in Nov/Dec 2020. Crafty (owner and distiller) sourced his new-make spirit from an undisclosed NSW distillery and matured it at his distillery in Capertee NSW, in American Oak Bourbon cask. Only 265 bottles were produced that are close to been a sell-out.
