Crafty (owner and distiller) sourced his new-make spirit from Manly distillery and matured it at his distillery in Capertee NSW, in a heavy char, 2 x 50 litre French oak Super Casks (Big Barossa Shiraz seasoned with Oloroso Spanish Sherry).
