Description:
Aged in a sherry cask for just over 3 years and bottled cask strength, this Dark Valley iteration comes in at a palate defining 67.8% ABV. Rich and seriously viscous, it’s a nice example of ‘small cask format’ ageing that’s as indulgent as the night is long.
