Similarly, when you come across a whisky that stops you in your tracks, it can be hard to define what makes it exceptional, but what you know for sure is that you want to drink it for the rest of your life. A stunning whisky that gives you everything you want once you lift the veil.

To create this whisky, Dark Valley sourced ‘new make’ from the Adams Distillery in Perth, Tasmania that was distilled in February 2017, and then matured the spirit in a 20L White Wine cask at their custom build facility in Malbina, Tasmania. Once the whisky was deemed ready, it was then bottled at a cask strength of 66% alc.
