Description:
In association with Dark Valley, we’re thrilled to be the exclusive retailer of their whisky on the Australian mainland as we do our part to ensure that bottles of their finest product end up in as many glasses across the country as possible.

Aged in a Port cask for 2 years and 7 months and bottled at a cask strength of 67.1% ABV, this small batch release is dedicated to the olden day cannons that once defended Tasmania.

Tasmania may not have the castles, but cannons played an important role in its defence and shot towers in Hobart are almost as iconic as the famous distillery pagodas, and inspiring the name of the famous Battery Point.
