Here’s a super-rare treat from Dark Valley that see’s founder Alex Moores using new-make spirit from Killara Distillery in Richmond Tasmania and ageing the translucent elixir in a high-quality, ex-rum cask for 3 years and 5 months. Bottled at a mighty cask strength of 68% alc, it’s the perfect example of what Killara spirit can do when given the perfect wood selection and environment.

Pirate’s Map is rich and malty, with just the right amount of rum esters that will have even the most staunch rum aficionados leaping for another sip.
